My first time!!! My nails were tough because there was a lot of gel builder to take off! She did a nice job of getting it off and painting them, pretty satisfied! My toes were naked and cut and all ready for filing and polish. They weren't filed and I have never paid more than $10 for reg polish, usually $8 but I was charged $20!!! I can't do that every couple weeks! Overall it was a good experience
